Little Cheesecakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 4 eggs and 1 can cherry pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place cupcake papers in muffin tins.
Place a vanilla wafer in each paper.
Mix all the other ingredients together except pie filling.
Pour into each cupcake paper.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 minutes.
You can use any kind of pie filling to top cake after they are cooled.
