Little Cheese Bites
Little Cheese Bites is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large loaf white bread, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 tbsp. milk and 1 1/2 sticks melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine cream cheese with milk and vanilla; mix well.
Cut off crust from bread.
Roll each slice very thin and spread with cream cheese mixture.
Roll each bread slice up tightly.
Dip each roll in melted butter and dip in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Cut each roll into 3 pieces and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 300Β° oven for about 10 minutes.
Cool and serve on a platter with a bowl of sour cream.
