Lisa's Won Tons
Lisa'S Won Tons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground pork sausage, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped, 1 green onion bunch (5), chopped with stems and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown sausage; drain.
Mix soy sauce, chopped water chestnuts, chopped green onions, beaten egg and salt.
Mix well.
Place small amount of mixture in center of won ton wrappers.
Fold in half like a triangle and then take each side and meet in the middle. Pinch the ends closed so they seal.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden.
