Linzer Torte
Linzer Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 sticks butter, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. flour, 2 egg yolks and 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix flour and baking powder; cut in butter.
Add sugar, almonds, eggs and all other ingredients except apricot jelly. Knead to a smooth dough.
Take a spring-form and flatten 3/4 of dough into pan.
Spread jelly over dough.
Take rest of dough and use rolling pin to flatten dough.
Cut about 1/2 inch strips and lay crisscross over jelly.
Bake at 325Β° for about 20 minutes.
