Lime Sherbet
Lime Sherbet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope knox unflavored gelatin, 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. lime juice and 4 drops green food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large bowl, mix gelatin with sugar.
Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add lime juice, food coloring and lime peel.
Cool mixture completely.
Stir in milk. Freeze 1 1/2 hours or until mixture is frozen about 1/2 inch around sides of bowl.
