Lime Salad
Lime Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lime gelatin, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 pkg. dessert topping mix, 1 can crushed pineapple and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare gelatin as directed on package; let set slightly. Have cream cheese at room temperature; whip until creamy.
Mix topping mix as directed on package; add to cream cheese and mix well.
Drain pineapple.
When gelatin begins to thicken, add cream cheese and topping mixture.
Fold in pineapple and pecans. Completely congeal.
Cut into squares; serve plain or on lettuce. Yields 12 servings.
