Lime Salad
Lime Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 carton small curd cottage cheese, 1 small pkg. lime jello, 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained and 1 carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sprinkle the dry jello into the other ingredients and beat together.
I usually add pecans also.
