Lime Salad
Lime Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. large marshmallows, 2 c. water, 1 regular pkg. lime gelatin, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt the marshmallows in the 2 cups of water over low heat. When melted, pour over the lime gelatin.
Place in refrigerator until partially set, then add the grated cheese, drained pineapple, chopped nuts and whipping cream.
