Lime Pie
Lime Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1/4 c. coconut and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in large skillet; stir in coconut, flour, sugar, pecans and salt.
Cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture is golden.
Place immediately in 9-inch pan, using back of spoon to press onto sides and bottom.
Completely thaw a small can of frozen limeade.
Completely thaw a large carton of Cool Whip. Combine limeade and Cool Whip with Eagle Brand milk.
Pour into pie crust and chill until set.
