Lime Delight
Lime Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs, 1/2 c. melted butter, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, 1 3/4 c. hot water and 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled until icy cold, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix crumbs and butter.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Chill until partially set.
Whip cold milk until fluffy.
Whip jello until fluffy and fold in sugar, lime and lemon juice.
Then fold jello mixture into whipped milk.
Pour over cookie crumbs.
Sprinkle shaved chocolate over all.
Chill in fridge.
