Lily Salad
Lily Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg yolks, 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. whipping cream, 1 can mandarin oranges and 1 (no. 2) can pineapple chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg yolks; add 1/2 cup milk.
Cook over low heat, just until liquid coats a spoon.
Let cool in mixing bowl.
Mix the fruit and marshmallows (cut in small pieces or use small marshmallows).
Add this to egg mixture.
Whip the cream and add 2 tablespoons sugar; fold into mixture of fruit.
Better if refrigerated overnight.
