In a skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook cabbage, onion and carrot until tender.

Stir in pork, water and mustard, then add shredded cheese.

Separate crescent dough and cut each triangle in half.

Press to flatten slightly.

Spoon 1 tablespoon of pork mixture into the center of triangle.

Pull corners to center over pork mixture.

Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.

Makes approximately 32.
