Light Yeast Rolls
Light Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, room temperature and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Melt butter; add sugar and salt.
Mix. Warm milk.
Add yeast and add to butter mixture.
Add 1 cup flour, set in warm place (cover with towel) and let raise until spongy.
Add 3 beaten eggs and rest of flour.
Let double in size.
Knead dough.
Divide in 3 parts (each will make a dozen rolls).
Let rise.
Roll into a circle and cut in 12 pieces.
Roll from big end to small (crescent shape).
Bake at 350Β° until light brown.
