Light Tiramisu
Light Tiramisu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. ladyfingers, egg beaters (equal to 6 yolks), 3/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. coffee liqueur and 1/2 c. mascarpone cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In small mixer bowl, beat Egg Beaters and sugar until thick (about 1 minute).
Place in top of double boiler over boiling water.
Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add cheeses and beat well.
Fold Cool Whip into mixture; set aside.
