Made with 2 lb. fresh or frozen sole, halibut or other firm fish, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 4 green onions, sliced thin and 1/2 tsp. white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Arrange fish fillets in single layer in a baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, except onions, and pour over fish.
