Light Ginger Cookies

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix sugar, margarine and vinegar.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
(If dough is too dry, work in milk or cream, 1 teaspoon at a time.)

Cut with cookie cutters; place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake until light brown, about 6 to 8 minutes.
Cool slightly; carefully remove from cookie sheet.
