Light Chocolate Cake
Light Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/3 c. hershey's cocoa, 1 tsp. baking soda, 6 tbsp. extra light corn oil spread and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Spray two 8-inch round baking pans with cooking spray.
Stir flour, cocoa and baking soda; set aside.
In saucepan, melt corn oil spread and stir in sugar.
Remove from heat.
Add milk, vinegar and vanilla to mixture in saucepan; stir. Add dry ingredients; whisk until well blended.
Pour evenly into pans.
Bake 20 minutes.
Frost.
Refrigerate.
