Light Brownie Pudding

Sift together first 5 ingredients.
Add milk, salad oil and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
Add chopped nuts and pour into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
(A nonstick pan or one coated with nonstick cooking spray may be used.)
Mix together brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa; sprinkle over batter.
Pour hot water over entire batter.
Bake at 350Β° approximately 45 minutes.
