Let'S Wok is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips, 3 green peppers, cut into fourths, 1 red pepper, quartered, 2 large onions, quartered (may use spring onions) and 3 medium red potatoes, sliced thick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oil.
Brown beef
2 minutes.
Pull to sides of wok.
Add other ingredients and cook 15 minutes.
Place top on wok and steam 5 to
7 minutes. Cooking time will depend on how crunchy you like the vegetables.
