Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix oleo, cake mix and egg.
Press into pan.
Pour over this, mixture of cream cheese, 2 eggs, confectioners sugar and chopped pecans.
Bake until golden brown. Bake glass pan at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes and metal pan at 350° for 40 minutes.
