Lemonade Pie
Lemonade Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope knox gelatin, unflavored, 2/3 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. water and 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix gelatin, sugar and salt thoroughly in a saucepan.
Add water and place over low heat, stir until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in undiluted lemonade concentrate, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.
Fold into whipped evaporated milk.
Pour into pie crust and chill.
