Lemonade Dessert
Lemonade Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 60 crushed ritz crackers, 1 cube margarine, 1 can eagle brand canned milk and 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Whip the milk, lemonade and Cool Whip.
Mix crackers and sugar; set aside a little to sprinkle on top.
Melt margarine; add crackers and sugar.
Put in bottom of pan and freeze.
Add filling; sprinkle remaining cracker mixture on top.
Freeze. Serve.
