Lemon Whippersnaps
Lemon Whippersnaps is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon cake mix, 2 c. cool whip, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease cookie sheet.
Combine eggs, Cool Whip and cake mix in large bowl.
Stir until well mixed.
Drop by teaspoon in powdered sugar.
Roll to coat.
Place 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
