Lemon Whip
Lemon Whip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can evaporated milk, 1 c. sugar, juice of 2 lemons, small amount grated lemon rind and 12 vanilla wafers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Thoroughly chill milk.
Remove from can.
Add sugar; whip with electric mixer.
Add lemon juice, a small amount at a time, while whipping.
Add lemon rind just before mixture will hold shape. Line 2 ice trays (without sections) with waxed paper.
Cover each with 1/4 of the crumbs.
Pour 1/2 of the mixture into each tray. Cover with remaining crumbs.
Freeze until firm.
Serves 8.
