Lemon Tart
Lemon Tart is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 2 tbsp. water, 1 c. coconut, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream shortening in cake mix.
Add eggs and water; mix well. Add coconut and nuts.
Press in greased pan (9 x 13-inch).
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
While cake is hot make up lemon pie filling. Pour over cake.
Cover with whipped topping or Cool Whip.
