Lemon Taffy
Lemon Taffy is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. vinegar, 2 c. water, 1/2 tsp. margarine to butter pan and 1 tsp. lemon extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil sugar with vinegar and water until spoonful dropped in water hardens.
Remove from heat.
Don't stir for it makes it go to sugar.
Add lemon extract.
Pour into buttered pan until it is ready to pull.
