Lemon Surprise
Lemon Surprise is an easy dinner. Made with 1 sm can evaporated milk, 1/2 c sugar, 1 sm. pkg lemon jello, 1/2 c lemon juice and 1 3/4 c boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil evaporated milk for 5 minutes. Let cool, the refrigerate overnight.
Mix sugar, Jello, and juice with boiling water.
Chill until it is setting but not stiff.
Whip milk until stiff. Beat Jello mixture until light.
Add whipped milk to Jello mixture and beat until mixed.
Chill until firm.
Makes large bowl of dessert.
