Lemon Supreme Cake
Lemon Supreme Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lemon supreme cake mix, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. vegetable oil, 1 c. apricot nectar and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, apricot nectar and sugar about 2 minutes on medium speed.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in a tube pan.
Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together and drizzle over the top of the cake after it has cooled a bit, but still warm.
