Lemon Sugar Cake
Lemon Sugar Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. mazola or crisco oil and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients, except the powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Put in a greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool cake for 20 minutes, then prick the top all over with a fork.
Thoroughly mix the lemon juice and powdered sugar, then spoon all over the top of the cake.
