Lemon-Strawberry Punch
Lemon-Strawberry Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. grated lemon peel, juice of 6 fresh lemons (1 c.), 2 1/2 c. strawberries, cut in half, 1 qt. lemon sherbet, softened and 2 (28 oz.) bottles lemon-lime soda, chilled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine lemon peel, lemon juice and 2 1/4 cups strawberries in blender; blend.
In punch bowl, combine sherbet and mixture; stir well.
Pour in soda and stir to blend.
Float lemon cartwheels and strawberry halves in punch.
