Blend cake mix, 1 egg and margarine together.
Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
Blend together powdered sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs until smooth.
Pour over cake mixture and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
