Lemon Squares
Lemon Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine (room temperature), 1/3 c. powdered sugar, 1 1/2 c. flour, 3 eggs and 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix butter, powdered sugar and 1 1/2 cups flour.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
Mix eggs, sugar and 3 tablespoons flour until well blended.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Pour over baked crust and bake again for 20 minutes at 350°.
Remove from oven.
Sift powdered sugar over bars.
Cool and cut into squares.
