Lemon Squares
Lemon Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, softened, 2 c. flour, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 4 eggs and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix butter, flour and powdered sugar and press into 10 x 14-inch pan.
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, lemon juice, flour and baking powder.
Mix and pour on top of pastry.
Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.
Upon removing from oven, sprinkle with additional powdered sugar; cool and cut into squares.
