Lemon Squares
Lemon Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, divided, 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1 c. butter or margarine, melted, 4 eggs, beaten and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
Add butter; mix well.
Press mixture evenly into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Combine eggs, sugar and lemon juice in medium bowl; stir in egg mixture.
Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned and set. Sprinkle lightly with additional powdered sugar.
Cool and cut into 1-inch squares.
