Mix flour, margarine and 1/4 cup powdered sugar thoroughly.

Press evenly in ungreased square pan, 8 x 8 x 2-inches, building up 1/2-inch edges.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Beat remaining ingredients, except powdered sugar, until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

Pour over hot crust.

Bake just until no indentation remains when touched in center, about 25 minutes longer.

Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Cut into about 1 1/2-inch squares.

Makes 25 squares.
