Lemon Squares
Lemon Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon cake mix, 1/3 c. margarine or butter, 3 eggs, 1 c. granulated sugar and 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Mix cake mix, margarine and 1 egg until crumbly.
Measure out 1 cup and reserve.
Pack rest in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake until light brown (15 minutes).
Mix remaining ingredients together and beat until light and foamy.
Pour over hot layer and sprinkle reserved crumbled mix and bake 15 minutes more.
Sprinkle powdered sugar.
