👨‍🍳 Instructions

Melt butter and cream with sugar.

Add slightly beaten egg yolks, salt, then flour. Beat egg whites stiff in a small bowl. To the other ingredients, add lemon juice and milk.

Now fold in egg whites.

Put in preheated oven at 350° for 10 minutes.

Lower heat to 325° for about 30 minutes until golden brown.

It still will be wiggly.
