👨‍🍳 Instructions

Cream together sugar, flour and softened butter until smooth. Add 2 slightly beaten egg yolks, juice of lemon and milk.

Fold in beaten thick egg whites and then pour into pie shell.

Bake at 450° for 8 minutes and at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.
