Add sugar and egg yolks.
Add flour, salt, lemon juice, grated rind and milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes or at 450° for 10 minutes and at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes more.
