👨‍🍳 Instructions

Beat egg yolks until thick.

Add lemon.

Mix sugar, flour and salt; add to egg mixture.

Stir in melted butter and milk.

Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Put in 10-inch pie pan.

Bake in hot oven at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 20 minutes.
