Lemon Soufflé
Lemon Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, separated, 1/3 stick oleo, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine and beat egg yolks, oleo, sugar, flour, lemon and milk.
Beat egg whites and fold into mixture with a pinch of salt. Bake in buttered casserole in hot water at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
(This also makes a good parfait.)
