Lemon Snow Pudding
Lemon Snow Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 oz.) pkg. jell-o lemon flavor pudding and pie filling, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. jell-o brand lemon flavor gelatin, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 3/4 c. water and 2 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine pudding mix, gelatin, 1/2 cup of the sugar and 1/4 cup of the water in medium saucepan.
(I use the microwave.)
Blend in egg yolks and remaining water.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat.
