Lemon Sauce
Lemon Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. grated lemon peel, 3 tbsp. butter and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Stir 1 cup water with the sugar, cornstarch and grated lemon peel.
Cook, stirring constantly (or use double boiler) until it thickens and boils.
Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in 3 tablespoons butter and 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Yields 2 cups.
Makes 10 servings.
