Lemon Rum Pudding
Lemon Rum Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 4 serving size, 1 pkg. vanilla jello pudding and pie filling, 4 serving size, 2 c. water, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 tsp. rum extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine gelatin and pudding mix in saucepan; add water, mixing well.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat.
Chill until thickened.
Blend in vanilla, rum extract and nutmeg.
Fold in whipped topping. Pour gelatin mixture into mold or decorative dishes.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Unmold. Makes approximately 10 servings.
