Lemon Refrigerator Dessert
Lemon Refrigerator Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1/3 c. lemon juice, 2/3 c. orange juice and grated lemon or orange rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve jello in boiling water; add juice, salt and rind. Chill until slightly thickened.
Whip Milnot until very stiff; gradually beat in sugar, then jello mixture.
Line bottom of 8 x 12-inch dish with vanilla crumbs.
Pour mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Chill.
