Lemon Pudding Cake
Lemon Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 egg whites, beaten stiff and 1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sift together first 3 ingredients.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites.
To first mix, add lemon zest, egg yolks, milk and lemon juice.
Add egg whites.
Pour into 1-quart baking dish or 6 custard cups; place in cake pan with 1-inch of water.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with dollop of whipped cream.
