Lemon Pudding Cake
Lemon Pudding Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon cake mix, 1 stick margarine and 4 c. hot, but not boiling, water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with a nonstick spray.
Pour cake mix (dry) and spread it around.
Pour hot water over dry cake mix. Dot top with margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
The cake will rise to the top and the bottom will be like pudding.
If you want the cake on the bottom and pudding on top, use cold water.
