Lemon Pound Cake
Lemon Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. duncan hines lemon supreme cake mix, 1 pkg. (4 serving size) lemon instant pudding, 4 eggs, 1 c. water and 1/3 c. crisco oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool in pan 25 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
Cool completely.
