Lemon Pound Cake
Lemon Pound Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon cake mix, 1 (4 oz. size) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix, 4 eggs, 1 c. cold water and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Blend all ingredients at low speed of mixer until moistened.
Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool 25 minutes in pan.
Turn upside down and place on plate.
