Lemon-Pineapple Jello
Lemon-Pineapple Jello is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) lemon jello, 1/2 c. mini marshmallows, 1 c. hot water, 1 can crushed pineapple and 8 oz. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water in top of double boiler. Stir in marshmallows until dissolved.
Remove from heat and beat in cream cheese and juice from pineapple; cool slightly.
Blend in Cool Whip and pineapple.
Chill until firm.
Makes a nice mold.
